Apply for the Campbell University MPAP Program!

Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in the Campbell University Physician Assistant program. Please review the pages on our website which will provide you with information about the program.

The Campbell Physician Assistant (PA) program is a newly developing program. We are applying for accreditation through the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).  On-line applications for admission to the program will be available on our website beginning June 2010. The anticipated date for enrolling our first class is August 2011.

The program is 28 months long leading to the Master of Physician Assistant Practice degree.  The Health Sciences building will include a lecture hall, physical diagnosis suite, and video enabled practice examination rooms. We are developing an evidence-based, patient centered, clinically practical curriculum which will prepare students for the exciting opportunity to enter one of the fastest growing health care professions.

The program is part of the Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences which has a long tradition of educating dedicated professionals to serve our communities. The PA program will complement the University's other health sciences professional degree programs under the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences – the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), the Master of Clinical Research (MSCR) and Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSPS). The addition of the PA program will enable Campbell to educate exceptionally well trained clinicians who are prepared to respond to the challenge of providing healthcare in the decades to come.
