Pharmaceutical Sciences Institute (CUPSI) Campbell University Pharmaceutical Sciences Institute was dedicated in November of 2001, and operates out of a new 6,800 sq. ft. Pharmacy Research Facility. The facility was built to enhance the development of innovative academic and research programs. The design concept brings together the technological aspects of new drug development in the current environment. Preformulation, industrial pharmacy, and biotechnology laboratory suites function for the research and development of pharmaceutical products; and accommodate small-scale production of solid and liquid dosage forms and processing of sterile products. CUPSI conducts contract, applied, and basic research in a multi-disciplinary environment with the resources of a first-rate and dedicated faculty. Moreover, graduate students in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Program are able to engage in innovative and challenging research with state-of-the-art instrumentation and cutting edge technology. Pharmaceutical Analysis & Microbiology Labs Campbell University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Pharmaceutical Analysis and Microbiology labs provide a variety of analytical and microbiology testing services at competitive rates. Manufacturing & Formulation Development CUPSI conducts contract, applied, and basic research in a multi-disciplinary environment with the resources of a first-rate and dedicated faculty.
